The Cuti-Cuti is a small resistant fern that grows in shady and humid places on the southern slopes of the Andes. The indigenous ethnic medicine uses this plant to breathe more freely, to support the blood sugar level and stimulate the metabolism.

Ingredients: Dried and ground herb Stripe fern (Asplenium lunulatum Sw.) For the preparation of tea. The primary plant material comes from the Peruvian Andes (southern Peruvian province of Puno).

Content: 50 grams.

According to traditional recipe:

5 grams of tea on 1 liter of water.
Pour hot water on the tea and then let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drink 300 ml twice a day.
